On November 22, the Second Training Session of 2024 at HEC Cadre School successfully concluded in Changsha, Hunan. Adhering to the corporate mission of "Technological Innovation, Healthy Life," HEC Group is dedicated to promoting high-quality industrial development and realizing the grand goal of "Achieving Common Prosperity and Building a Century-old HEC." In this context, strengthening the construction of the cadre management system is particularly crucial and urgent for the group's future development.
Chairman Zhang Yushuai and the board of directors attach great importance to the selection, cultivation, appointment, and management of cadres, especially dedicating great enthusiasm and investment to the training of young and high-potential cadres.
HEC's Cadre School, with the group's chairman serving as the president, aims to rapidly enhance cadres' comprehensive abilities through comprehensive evaluations and diversified training modes. Following nominations and selections by major units in the industry, the president personally selected 100 cadres to participate in the Second Training Session held from November 20 to 22 in Changsha, Hunan, under the theme "Uniting Youth, A Hundred Boats Competing."

Part 1: Curriculum Learning
This training focused on two aspects: "Strengthen Conviction" and "Management Excellence."
The training curriculum covered the group's business and operational goal planning, digital transformation, corporate culture consensus, cadre work style, and other content, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of the group's current situation and future plans, further strengthening their beliefs. Meanwhile, the training curriculum centered around the core concept of "Managing People, Money, and Affairs Well," conducting on-site intensive training on team management, financial management capabilities for non-financial personnel, and broadening the perspective of overall business management.
Three external experts combined teaching methods such as workshops and sandtable simulations, which more directly and effectively enhanced participants' engagement, strengthening the course effectiveness and participants' absorption and understanding of the course.

(Comprehensive Business Management Simulation - Team-Based Corporate Management Simulation: From a holistic corporate management perspective, this simulation aims to enhance understanding and focus on one's own role, facilitate coordination among R&D, production, and sales, and provide an experiential understanding of the challenges in corporate operations.)
Part 2: Team Building and Graduation
The training carefully planned the " Pegasus" team-building activity, which simulated employees' career development paths within the company, from a qualified newcomer in the workplace gradually transforming into an outstanding professional and ultimately growing into a manager who practices and disseminates organizational culture. This journey allowed participants to deeply feel the transition from focusing on personal value to co-creating team value.

During the learning period, the group's human resources department conducted one-on-one interviews with participants and encouraged them to contribute their ideas for the company's development based on their actual work. Finally, all participants successfully passed the exam with a pass rate of 100% and obtained graduation certificates, bringing a satisfactory conclusion to this training session.
